Freshman guard Adrian Oliver was held out of practice today, still feeling not quite right after suffering a concussion Saturday against Portland State.
Oliver said he caught an elbow to the back of the head in the first half, and played only briefly in the second before being brought to the bench. For a while, he admits, he didn't remember much about the game or even his mother's name.
He said that by today he was down to a mild headache and he's certain he'll play Wednesday against LSU.
Coach Lorenzo Romar also said he expects Oliver to be back in the starting lineup against the Bayou Bengals.
