A few of my impressions of the first UW spring practice are in the post below.
Here are a couple from a couple of Dawgs:
LINEBACKER DAN HOWELL
"It feels good to get back hitting, to get back moving. It's really nice. We want to go fast all the time. We had a high tempo today. It was a good start. We'd like it to be a great or amazing start, but good is good."
COACH TYRONE WILLINGHAM:
"I really didn't see a whole lot of bad things today. In no manner am I saying it was a perfect practice. But I thought there was a lot of enthusiasm out there. … Missed blocks? Yes. Dropped balls? Yes. Mistimed things. That's all part of the day you go and practice. Hopefully you see more of it the first day than you do the next day."
