Some interested road trips for Pacific-10 Conference schools this week. News:
ARIZONA: The Wildcats will have a visitor in the locker room on the road at Iowa – Stoops' mother.
ARIZONA STATE: Coming off early bye week, Sun Devils not overlooking Louisiana-Monroe, from the Sun Belt Conference.
CALIFORNIA: As earlier promised, Tedford taking team out to Minnesota on Thursday, a day early.
OREGON: Chip Kelly and Steve Sarkisian should be sharing the same open-field tackling drills. The Ducks missed one after another against Purdue.
OREGON STATE: This one has it all – revenge, and defense of a 26-game non-conference home winning streak against Cincinnati in top-25 matchup.
UCLA: Neuheisel goes with another newcomer to the offense – redshirt-freshman Brehaut – at quarterback, in place of Prince (jaw).
USC: Barkley (shoulder) and Carp sharing first-team snaps at quarterback in preparation for Washington (my guess is Barkley will go).
WASHINGTON STATE: I usually don't link the great Jim Moore (Mr. Coug), but here is a funny take on the team's quarterback situation – burn a redshirt on Tuel (by the way, Wulff has already said Lopina will start against SMU).
