Twenty-eight of Washington's 30 regular-season men's basketball games will be televised this season. But the second and final one that isn't comes Thursday, when the Huskies get their rematch with the Oregon Ducks in what will also be UW's final visit to McArthur Court.
“I think it’s unfortunate for our people to not to be able to see that game on television," coach Lorenzo Romar said today. "I guess they decided to make a decision to go with maybe a couple of teams that were a little ahead of us. … It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is. There was a time when we didn’t get many on TV so we’re excited we’ve had these number of games on television.”
While Washington and Oregon resume their rivalry at 7 p.m., FSN will be televising USC-at-Arizona at 6:30 and UCLA-at-Arizona at 8:30.
