We'll take a look ahead to the Pac-10 tournament later. First, a look back at Washington's regular-season finale, today's 82-70 win over Oregon State.
Star of the game: Matthew Bryan-Amaning's incredible improvement continued as he managed 20 points and 11 rebounds -- both game highs.
Key stats: UW hot 50 percent, had 18 assists on 30 field goals, and committed only seven turnovers.
Key run: There were two. Isaiah Thomas scored nine straight UW points late in the first half, playing to the crowd of 8,014 and giving the Huskies their first significant lead. Then the Huskies scored the first seven points of the second half to create a lead Oregon State would never seriously threaten.
Never miss a local story.
Quotable: "What’s happened before our eyes, our team has become a decent road teams and we’ve learned to withstand those comebacks and those crowds and the jeering and the taunting and whatever it is that comes along with the road. We’ve done a better job of it." -- Lorenzo Romar
What fans will be talking about: MBA. ... Washington's fourth straight road win. ... Can the Huskies make the NCAA tournament with two more wins? Or do they really have to win the Pac-10 tournament?
