That's the word from this Oregonian report, which quotes the Portland-area star's mother, Marcine Ross, as saying:
"I think he likes the fact that most of their players are returning, as well as their history for producing professional guards. He really has a nice bond with coach Lorenzo Romar. We'll have to see how it goes, but so far, Terrence feels strong about the University of Washington."
Marcine Ross said her son will make an official visit to UW on Monday.
Ross is a 6-5 guard rated by ESPNU as the No. 30 recruit in the country. The story reports that he also considering Oregon, Kentucky, Kansas and Oklahoma.
UW certainly has scholarship room after the recent transfers of Elston Turner and Clarence Trent.
