Oregon and Arizona are on to the Sweet 16. Cal is back to Berkeley.
The Ducks hammered Saint Louis 74-57 on Saturday. No matter how under-seeded Oregon might have been, and remember it was an 11 moved down to a 12 to play closer to home, the Ducks blitzing a hot Saint Louis team was a surprise.
Up next is No. 1 overall seed Louisville in the Sweet 16.
"I'm ready for 'em. I think we're all ready," junior point guard Johnathan Loyd told Adam Jude of The Oregonian. "We're not scared of anything; we're not scared of anybody."
> Arizona rolled, too. The Wildcats pulverize Harvard 74-51 to move into the Sweet 16.
> Cal was handled by Syracuse 66-60 in an ugly game. Allen Crabbe and Justin Cobbs combined for just 13 points on 5-for-18 from the field.
> One non-tournament sidenote: Uber recruit Aaron Gordon, who has Washington among his finalists, had 22 points and 20 rebounds Saturday night in the California Open Division state title game, but his team lost, 50-45.
