The sun cranked down on the yet-to-be-broken in field heating up the third day of Huskies football camp. Shoulder pads were on today, leading to a little more feisty day on the field.
On to the quick-hitters:
> The Huskies will practice tomorrow on the grass at VMAC. Washington plays four its five road games this year on grass and the practice field adjacent to Husky Stadium is FieldTurf.
> More work today for Deontae Cooper, Jesse Callier and Hau'oli Jamora.
> Sarkisian on Colin Tanigawa who was at right guard with the No. 1 O line at times on Wednesday: "I think he looks pretty good. He feels great, I know that. I asked him about it again today. Really, all the ACL guys, they've all moved good. Deontae, Jesse, Jamora. I think Jamora played most extensively in today's practice, as well. All signs are pointing to those guys are back to their normal. Whatever their normal was prior to this, I think they are back to normal."
> The offensive line -- everyone on it -- was taken through an exhausting post-practice drill via a dissatisfied Dan Cozzetto.
> More work for freshman receiver John Ross with the No. 1 group. He was split out along with DiAndre Campbell, Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Kasen Williams, at times.
