After serving a one-game suspension last week, third-year sophomore Cyler Miles will make his second career start for the Washington Huskies this week against Eastern Washington, coach Chris Petersen said at his Monday press conference.
Jeff Lindquist, who started against Hawaii, will be the Huskies' backup quarterback, with Troy Williams as the No. 3 option.
"We're going to give Cyler a chance to start, and get him back into the mix and see what he can do," Petersen said.
So, what can he do that's different from Lindquist or Williams?
Never miss a local story.
"We'll find out. That's why we're going to put him in there," Petersen said. "I don't really know. I think he commands the field pretty well. He has a really good feel for what's going on. It always comes down to me, to decision making and accuracy, and I hope he takes a good step forward in that department for us."
