The injury news keeps coming for the Washington Huskies men's basketball team.
Not only will they be without senior forward Shawn Kemp Jr., who is still recovering from a concussion. But a UW spokesperson said minutes ago that star point guard Nigel Williams-Goss, the team's leading scorer at 15.4 points per game, will also miss tonight's game at USC with a sprained left ankle.
Williams-Goss suffered the sprain during the Huskies' 88-66 loss at UCLA on Wednesday and finished the game. But he won't be able to play tonight, and is currently wearing a sweatsuit as his teammates warm up for the game. He's expected to return next week for home games against Colorado and Utah.
With Williams-Goss and Kemp both out, the Huskies are expected to start a lineup of Andrew Andrews, Mike Anderson, Darin Johnson, Donaven Dorsey and Jernard Jarreau.
