Justin Polzin had two teammates on base with the Yelm High School baseball team trailing Timberline in the bottom of the fifth inning.
He belted a three-run home run to help secure the nonleague 5-4 home win for the Tornados (13-3; 6-2 4A Narrows).
"He's got a good approach and knows what he's looking for," Yelm coach Brady Hoover said of his leading hitter.
Indigo Keesler earned the win on the mound for Yelm. Each team had seven hits.

The Vikings can clinch the third seed in the 4A SPSL South with a victory Monday at Emerald Ridge (8-8; 6-4).
