WHAT TO WATCH TODAY: Six undefeated SPSL cross country teams will meet in three races today with league championships on the line.
In the girls SPSL North, third-ranked Tahoma will face Kentwood. In the boys SPSL South, undefeated Emerald Ridge and Puyallup will go head-to-head, while No. 3 Auburn Riverside and ninth-ranked Curtis will meet.
TUESDAY HIGHLIGHTS: Kajsa Knapp smashed 13 kills, and Emily Cotter had 12 kills and 16 digs for Curtis in its 3-0 volleyball win over Rogers.
• Allie Schumacher led Puyallup with 11 kills in the Vikings’ 3-0 victory at Bethel.
• Auburn Riverside’s Brooke Bray tallied 24 kills, 18 digs and 4 blocks for the Ravens in their 3-0 win over Tahoma. Setter Brooklyn Bradbury had 47 assists and 14 digs.
• Jessica Miller totaled 13 kills and 2 blocks for Fife as the Trojans swept Steilacoom, 3-0.
• Khrysten Harr led Washington with 11 kills in the Patriots’ 3-0 win against Eatonville. Brianna Glass added 18 assists and 12 digs.
• Kelsey Witker scored two goals for Bellarmine Prep, and goalkeeper Autumn Golden recorded the shutout in the Lions’ 3-0 soccer win over Olympia.
• Spanaway Lake tied Beamer 1-1, getting a first-half goal from Vanessa Allison. Holland Crook scored for the Titans in the 60th minute.
• Four Eagles scored in Graham-Kapowsin’s 4-0 victory against Bethel. Brianna Sargent earned the shutout.
Enumclaw goalkeeper Kaycie Morrison recorded a shutout in the Hornets’ 3-0 win over Timberline.
