Mariners reportedly reach agreement with Venezuelan outfielder Brayan Hernandez, other prospects

Hernandez, ranked the No. 3 overall international prospect by Baseball America, has signed a deal with Seattle that inlcudes a $1.85 million signing bonus, according to MLB.com
