With Cliff Lee gone to Texas, the only Seattle Mariner here at the All-Star game is Ichiro Suzuki, who seems intent on making sure fans have as nice a time as he's having.
After taking his own round of batting practice, Ichiro jogged to right field. There are hundreds of fans in he park, most of them in the stands behind Ichiro or along the right field line, watching.
And each time an American League hitter hits a ball into right field, Ichiro either catches it or jogs leisurely after it. And then he has fun.
Ichifro will face the fans in one area, then turn to another, listening to the cheers. Then he throws the ball into the stands. So far, he's thrown about 20 balls into the stands - David Ortiz hit quite a few o him.
For those who showed up early to watch, he's given them something to remember.
