Dustin Ackley is batting first in the lineup today for Seattle, but no, that doesn't mean the Mariners are considering moving Ichiro Suzuki to third in the order.
What it means is that Ichiro and Chone Figgins got the day off, and manager Eric Wedge decided to hit Ackley in the leadoff spot, in large part because of his ability to get on base this spring.
Adam Kennedy gets another start - third base, this time - Milton Bradley returns to left field and Josh Bard starts at catcher, where the Mariners are suddenly looking at the possibility of having Miguel Olivo on the shelf indefinitely.
