The Rainiers didn't get much in the way of offense except for solo homers from Abe Almonte (above) and Nate Tenbrink and starting pitcher Chance Ruffin was just average in a 5-2 loss. They have lost seven of their last eight games and fell back in a tie atop the PCL North Division. Victor Sanchez threw four scoreless innings in his start after his no-hitter, but Clinton's bullpen didn't help him out much in a 7-1 loss. In no real surprise, Sanchez was named the Midwest League's player of the week after tossing the no-hitter.
Class A Everett got just three hits in a 7-0 loss to Boise.
Rookie League Pulaski picked up a 10-3 win.
