My list of non-specialists who have participated in every full-squad practice since training camp opened (starters in bold): QB David Greene, QB Seneca Wallace, CB Marcus Trufant, CB Kelly Herndon, FB Mack Strong, S Oliver Celestin, LB Julian Peterson, LB Kevin Bentley, G Rob Sims, WR Nate Burleson, TE Will Heller, DT Chuck Darby, DT Craig Terrill and DE Bryce Fisher.
I included Darby on the list of starters because he has started five of seven games, including the most recent one. Marcus Tubbs would be the starter if healthy, which brings me to the next list. Most practices missed: My count shows Jerramy Stevens leading the way at 42, followed by Tubbs (40), Darrell Jackson (35), Joe Tafoya (34), Grant Wistrom (25), Rocky Bernard (25), Floyd Womack (24), D.J. Hackett (22) and Michael Boulware (22). Those are the only guys I have with more than 20 misses.
Some of these guys were coming off surgeries that caused them to miss much of training camp. Which brings us to the next list.
Most missed practices since the regular season started (minimum five misses): Stevens (15), Shaun Alexander (14), Womack (14), Bobby Engram (9), Tafoya (8), Tubbs (7), Itula Mili (6) and D.D. Lewis (5).
We'll keep tracking this through the season and recognize those who have made it through healthy enough to stay on the field. Note that Josh Brown and Ryan Plackemeier have not missed a practice since training camp opened.
