Coach Mike Holmgren has finished his day-after-game press conference. In addition to updating us on Shaun Alexander, who will miss at least one more game, Holmgren disputed Raiders coach Art Shell's contention that Seattle TE Jerramy Stevens tried to strike Raiders DE Tyler Brayton in the groin. Officials ejected Brayton for kneeing Stevens in the groin following a tussle. Replays showed Stevens' leg rising off the ground as the two tangled, but there appeared to be no intent (at least from what I saw). Shell might have been basing his comments off what he heard from players. Holmgren was basing his comments off what he saw from watching replays of the incident. I would expect the league to suspend Brayton for a couple of games, at least. To hear more from Holmgren, click here.
