The weather was more of a factor on the drive home than at the game. Fortunately, my wife checked in from home with an audible. She sent Dave Boling and I from I-5 South to 405-North to 167-South to Highway 18 back to 5-South. Made it home at 1:10 a.m. Some buddies who took I-5 all the way down are not even halfway home after three hours on the road. They'll be rolling in about 5 a.m., I'm guessing. Better late than never, which is what the Seahawks must be saying about their ground game after Shaun Alexander pounded way for 201 yards on 40 carries against the Packers. It's not often a team can turn it over four times in the first half and still win by 10 points. The Seahawks can thank the Packers for that, but they can also feel good about winning the game. Now we'll see if they can knock off the Broncos in Denver.
