LB KEVIN BENTLEY
(On preparing to start…) "It's easy to prepare, for me, especially when I know what position I am going to playing because I can focus in on that position; what kind of looks I'm going to get. Whereas, when I'm the backup, I'm focused in on all three of those guys trying to figure out what everybody's getting. So it makes it a little bit difficult but that's what the pay me to do; play great on teams and when I'm called upon, do well. I just know we won and we got a shutout. I'm going to get a Krispy Kreme for that one."
WR NATE BURLESON
(On a greater emphasis on passing…) "Definitely. You try not to get too excited because you never know how the game is going to go but, obviously, when Coach (Mike Holmgren) says we're going to the pass the ball more opportunities come quite often. I think our receiving corps, we did a pretty good job. If we do that every week I think you'll see a lot of receivers smiling on the sidelines. It feels good. All of us, we've all been that receiver. We've been that guy, whether it was in college or in the league. So for us to come together as a receiving corps and contribute all around it really means a lot. It helps the offense. When you're practicing all week, we go pretty hard. We wear ourselves out as a receiving corps. So we are all just hoping that we can go out there and pass the ball a little bit more but we prepare for both. We prepare to be great blockers and great receivers and today we passed the ball a little bit more than we ran."
