WR NATE BURLESON
(On his touchdown…) "It's quite a simple route. I go across the field and try to get them to move a little bit, and strike back inside. Matt (Hasselbeck) was very patient. He saw (Lance) Briggs locked up on me, and he gave me a little big of time. He stepped up in the pocket instead of freaking out and throwing it away or tucking it and running with it. He had faith that I was going to bust open. That play needs patience by the quarterback and Matt (Hasselbeck) did that perfectly."
(On Matt Hasselbeck…) "When you have a quarterback like Matt who can throw the ball the way he does. Place it the way he does, and also go out there and be patient, takes hits when he needs to, and also gives his receivers time to get open it makes our job easier. All we do is run routes. Most of the time we do a pretty good of getting open."
Never miss a local story.
(On Josh Brown's special teams tackle…) "Josh (Brown) is a fierce competitor. If he's anywhere near the ball he's going to try to stick his nose in it."
(On the offense…) "We have a ton of talent. I say it all the time. It's just really up to us to work hard, and up to the coaches to put us in position to be succesful. As many threats as we have, we can make it very difficult for any team to guard us. We just have to go out there and utilize everybody. This was a good game, it's going to be hard for teams to watch film and really come up with a game plan to try to stop us. We just have to continue to play hard. Hopefully Shaun (Alexander) will come back, him and Mo (Morris) can handle the backfield. The receivers continue to make plays. Will Heller and (Marcus) Pollard continue to make plays. We have tons of guys. I think the sky is the limit for us."
