It has been an eventful first half that ended with Seattle stopping the Eagles four straight times from the 1, enabling them to maintain a 21-17 lead. The game started out well for Seattle, with Lofa Tatupu intercepting A.J. Feeley twice to set up Seattle scores. But the Seahawks' defense has had some difficulty stopping Philly's offense from running up and down the field, though the final goal line stand has to give them confidence. It was Seattle's third goal line stand in two games. Beyond that, the Seahawks have gotten no pressure on Feeley, with zero sacks, and Feeley has done a pretty good job of picking apart the secondary. At one point he completed six straight. Should make for a very interesting second half. Shaun Alexander's impact has been that Seattle has tried to run the ball more, but other than the first series Alexander has had little success. Matt Hasselbeck looks pretty, finding Bobby Engram for one touchdown and Nate Burleson for another. The weather seems to have eased some. In the second half, the defense needs to get some more stops and it appears that the pass is far more successful than the run, which has been the case most of the year.
