DT ROCKY BERNARD
(On the defense…) "When I first got here it was all about the offense. Here, lately, we've been adding certain people and different pieces in and the defense has really been stepping up big. Anytime we have both sides of the ball going I think we're pretty much unstoppable."
(On being motivated by having no sacks in their first game against Arizona…) "Definitely. The first time we played them, (Matt) Leinart, he picked us apart. We didn't put much pressure on him. I think that was one thing going into this week we knew what we had to do with Kurt (Warner). We had to put some pressure on him and make him make some bad decisions and obviously that's what he did."
(On having deflected a pass that Marcus Trufant intercepted…) "Yeah, I think I got a piece of it. Hopefully Tru (Marcus Trufant) will take me out to dinner or something."
CB MARCUS TRUFANT
(On his contribution to today's win…) "Hey, I'm just out there trying to do a job. I give a lot of credit to the D-linemen, the boys up front that are mixing it up. The make quarterbacks very uncomfortable and anytime they can do that it makes my job a whole lot easier."
(On his touchdown…) "I wish it was that easy. It's one of those things. You kind of read the play. You're playing through the defense. You're able to make a play. Then after that natural instincts just take over. Guys are throwing blocks for me. I'm just trying to get to the endzone."
(On clinching the division and the five-game win streak…) "Everybody's very excited. Like you said, it's the first goal that we really tried to meet. Now we still have a couple more games left. We just have to play. We have to put everything together but we're on a roll now. Hopefully we can keep it going."
TE MARCUS POLLARD
(On offensive play…) "We've been like a slo-mo locomotive; just gaining speed. We haven't had a pure, solid game the way we would like to play offensively but I think this game today was what we can do. Steam rolling; steam's starting to pick up and I think Matt (Hasselbeck) throwing to four different receivers for touchdowns, I think if we can keep that going we have a lot of a good things to look forward to."
(On offensive momentum…) "It is for me, pure jubilation. Matt (Hasselbeck) hit four different receivers, myself being one of them to get another division title against a very good Arizona team. They had their backs against the wall in a game that they felt like they had to win to keep the wild card hunt."
