(On how things went today…) "We needed to go out there and attack those guys and it was fun today."
(On the injuries to the offensive line and coming together…) "All you need is time. It's a long season and you got new guys out there. It takes a while for everyone to come together, it takes a while for the offense as a whole to come together. So we just take it one game at a time and hope that this game's going to keep us going and we can go out there and get on the road."
(On whether there's any better feeling for an offensive lineman than having more than 200 running yards in a game…) "This is a victory. I think that's the best thing about it. It came with a victory. Last week we had a good time rushing but it doesn't feel good because we didn't win the game. So when we come out with a win, that's the number one thing. You go out there and do things to help this team get a win."
(On whether he felt good about the running game last week even though they lost…) "Yeah. The coach put it on our shoulders [by saying], 'Hey, we're going to go out there and run the ball.' We had injuries at the receiver spot so we knew we were going to have to run the ball. You just have to hunker down and when your number is called, you make plays. I think at the offensive line, that's what you want to do, just line up and run the ball. I think every offensive lineman wants to do that. You keep on running, then you get in that fourth quarter and it's our ballgame. That's what you want."
(On whether he likes how Ray Willis is playing…) "I love what I see…[He] gets out there and performs. That's an offensive lineman. You could just sit on the sideline and watch but there's nothing like being out there in the fire. I think as an offensive lineman, that's what you need, to be out there in the fire, to see the live action. All you can do is get better every time you're out there because you learn and gain experience. That's the number one thing, gaining experience, being out there when the game's in trouble or when the games are going good. You're out there being a part of it."
