Q. How are you?
A. I think I'm alright, I think I'm ok. I dodged a bullet, I think, so I'm not overly concerned with that.
Q. At first it looked worse than it was. Coach said it was just a tweak.
A. I hyperextended my knee. As I was hyperextending, I was able to twist with it. And so I don't know exactly what's wrong. The doctors didn't seem too concerned. I think were going to do the normal scans. But I'm not too concerned about it.
Q. Did the guy hit you late?
A. No, it was a bang bang play. I think it was that I let the ball go kind of early and it's just a football thing. Stuff like that happens. I feel kind of fortunate that I was able to walk off the field and play a little bit after that.
Q. Can you first talk about Eli Manning's day that he had, and then a little bit about your own offense?
A. Well, they played great. They played unbelievable. I looked up at one point, looking at the stats, and I thought that can't be right. But it was right. He played great. They ran the ball well. Their third downs were seemingly perfect, and ours were exactly opposite. We were terrible on third downs, we didn't play well. Our numbers were unbelievable the other way. You know there is a lot of football left to be played, but today was disappointing. I think we're a lot better than that.
Q. You only had Deion for the first half and Bobby the whole game. How nice is it to have those two guys back?
A. Well, obviously having them back has been fun for the last two weeks. You know, it's just disappointing to come all this way, and play the way we did. We played very poorly and neither one of those guys are very happy right now. I think as a team, we were just a little in shock, but also we realize that we got a long way to go.
Q. How much did the knee affect you for the rest of the game?
A. I don't think that was really the problem. We had other problems.
Q. What were the other problems?
A. Well we didn't handle third down very well. You know we were terrible on that. They came out, they played a lot of man coverage in the first like four third downs and they took it to us a little bit and we just weren't on the field with them.
Q. Did it seem real difficult to run outside on them, too?
A. Well, I think that was actually one of our thoughts, that we thought we can do against them. But you know the game got out of hand. So I don't know. They're a good football team and they are further along than we are right now. And we realize that obviously now and we got some work to do. You know, who knows, our hope is that maybe we'll get a chance to play these guys again and show a little bit better.
