Eliminate those thoughts of Jacksonville free agent wide receiver Reggie Williams returning home to play for the Seattle Seahawks.
Williams, a Lakes High and University of Washington grad, was arrested in Houston and charged with DWI and possession of .97 grams of marijuana, both misdemeanors.
According to the report, Williams allegedly failed three field sobriety tests but refused to voluntarily provide a blood and urine sample.
The arresting officer did obtain a search warrant and obtained a blood specimen, the report said.
Williams was initially pulled over as part of a routine traffic stop according to the police report because he was unable to maintain a single lane of traffic and because he failed to signal he was changing lanes.
The report indicates Williams was cooperative.
Williams opted out of his contract with Jacksonville and said he was interested in returning to the Seattle area and playing for the Seahawks.
