Yet before it, coach Pete Carroll said he could not yet declare rookie right tackle Justin Britt and veteran defensive tackle Tony McDaniel would be able to start Sunday as usual when Seattle hosts Green Bay in the NFC Championship Game.
"We'll he's got a little bit of a sore knee, so we'll see how he goes today," Carroll said of Britt, who missed Wednesday.
Asked about about McDaniel, the run stopper who also missed Wednesday, Carroll said: "Yeah, he's going to get some work. Sore shoulder, had to come out of the game (during last weekend's win over Carolina), and he missed yesterday."
Never miss a local story.
Asked if both look on track to play against the Packers the coach said: "I don't know that until we practice. We've got to wait and see."
The final, full workout of the week is tomorrow.
Here is the Packers' report. Anyone believe Rodgers and Lacy won't play Sunday? Me, neither.
