Another miserable loss for the Seattle Seahawks, as they look lethargic in a 38-15 humbling by Tampa Bay.
The Seahawks made Josh Freeman look like John Elway today. The second-year quarterback finished with 21 of 27 for 237 yards and a career-high five touchdowns.
Rookie LeGarrette Blount rushed for 164 yards on 18 carries, including a sick, 46-yard run where he hurdled Lawyer Milloy.
Never miss a local story.
So I guess there are two main questions.
Does this team really deserve to make the playoffs if they somehow manage to get past St. Louis and get to 7-9?
And is Pete Carroll's version of the Seahawks any better than Jim Mora's at this point of the season?
Mora lost the last four games last year by an average margin of 21.5 points a contest and was fired at 5-11.
Right now the Seahawks have lost three straight by an average margin of just over 19 points a contest.
