Good morning. We've got our first trade by Seattle this morning right out of the gate. The Seahawks traded their fourth round pick, 104th overall to the Tennessee Titans for running back LenDale White and defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson.
The Seahawks essentially swapped fourth round and sixth round picks with Tennessee and picked up White along with Tennessee defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson.
So Seattle gives up the 104th pick in the fourth round and moves down to 111th pick. And in round six they move from the 176th pick to the 185th pick and pick up to players they think can contribute for them in the process.
The Seahawks get the short-yardage back they coveted and a person Carroll is familiar with in White, who played for him at USC.
And in Vickerson, who is 6-5, 300 pounds, they get a bigger interior lineman who fits into the defensive tackle rotation.
