SECOND QUARTER
After the defense performed well in the first period, the Seahawks were torched for three Brett Favre touchdown passes in the second quarter to put the game out of reach.
NO PRESSURE
Given time to throw, Brett Favre completed 22 of 25 pass attempts for four touchdowns. This was another hot game to support the 40-year-old's improbable MVP campaign. '
OFFENSE
Other than some spark by running back Justin Forsett and receiver Nate Burleson, the Seahawks' offense did nothing. The Vikings had the ball 42:11 of the game's 60 minutes.
THE HEATER
Linebacker David Hawthorne once again led the Seahawks, this time coming up with 15 tackles and going a long way to soothe the loss of injured starter Lofa Tatupu.
SEASON
At 3-7, the Hawks have to go on the road again next week at St. Louis. They're now up to 19 losses in their last 26 games.
JON RYAN
Okay, this is reaching a bit, but the Seahawks' punter is having a great season. Sunday, he averaged 51.3 yards on seven punts with a net of 44.1. He's getting plenty of practice, of course.
