Fans heading to the Sounders vs. Crew Game this Saturday can use the new off-ramp from I-90 and both directions of I-5 to access Edgar Martinez Drive and First Avenue S.(the Fourth Avenue S. off-ramp is still open to drivers coming from southbound I-5 and westbound I-90, but northbound I-5 drivers must use the new off-ramp).The Royal Brougham Overpass opened April 12 and provides access to the second level of Qwest Garage from First Avenue S. and Fourth Avenue S. Street level access tothe garage is provided from First Avenue S. All pedestrians will use the new bridge to cross the railroad tracks. There is no access over the tracks at street level for vehicles orpedestrians.
