And actually, coach Sigi Schmid seems to believe that's for the better.
The club faces two games in the coming week: a home friendly against Boca Juniors of Argentina on Wednesday and then a return to MLS play Saturday at Colorado.
Schmid said the quick return to action might be what his team needs.
Never miss a local story.
“It’s probably good just to get back on the field and play again,” he said. “I know as a player when you have a game like that you just want to play, you don’t want to have to listen to the coach at practice. For us right now, we have to improve our concentration level and be sure that it’s there for 90 minutes all the time.”
