There was no major news coming out of today's work. And part of that means that no one is whining about the unfairness of having to play Supporters Shield-winning LA, while three teams with lesser records are paired with lesser opponents.

The primary news involved health. Fredy Montero, Terry Boss and Jeff Parke were out or restricted today, but Schmid didn't indicate that any are necessarily out for Sunday.
"Monero, we're just being cautions today. We just wanted him to work a little bit," he said. "Boss we want to keep low. We'll look at him again on Thursday. He's feeling a lot better, so we just want to take the extra days right now this week. And Parke, he just did the whole (regeneration). He did what he was supposed to do. We just held him out of the 5-v-2 so nobody would kick a ball at his head of something."
