Sounders FC is on track to set a new MLS average attendance record of 36,932, surpassing their 2010 mark of 36,173. The 2011 average is over 14,000 more than their nearest MLS opponent (L.A. Galaxy) and would rank 10th amongst Major League Baseball teams and eighth amongst English Premier League clubs. Sounders FC would currently rank seventh in Spain's La Liga, fifth in Italy's Serie A and 13th in Germany's Bundesliga.
