Like I said after the game, we’re confident that we can go down there and get a win, just as they came into our place and won. Our story over the last few games has been that ability to get off the mark with that first goal. I think in every game we’ve had the first very very good opportunity. … We just need that smidgen of good fortune, but we also felt confident in the way we played. We didn’t think that they pulled us apart. They had some opportunities on counters, which is obviously what they were looking for, but even on that wasn’t extreme. …
On Obafemi Martins: We’ll see. He trained today. Now we’ll see how he is tomorrow. And then we’ll see on Wednesday. And then we’ll see how he is on Thursday.
On a boost if Martins returns: You think about it a little bit. I think him on the field for us is always a plus because his speed can create danger, and his quickness and so forth. So we’ll just have to see if he’s ready.
On DeAndre Yedlin: DeAndre same thing. We kept him a little bit away from the group for training, but he said he feels pretty good. So, we’ll see how he feels over the next few days, but we feel confident he’ll be there.
Never miss a local story.
On his starting goalkeeper: We’ll see. We’ll get through the next couple of days of training, so we’ll see.
On Zach Scott and Leo Gonzalez: I think Zach’s got a cracked rib. But he’s a pretty tough character, so we’ll see how it goes for him. He feel he’ll be able to go. Leo … we’ll see how he is, but he gave a lot of himself in playing those two games in a tight timeline for him. So we’ll see how he is, but he’s another one who’s a pretty tough character.
