Seattle Sounders FC forward Clint Dempsey has been called in to the U.S. Men's National Team for a friendly against Honduras on October 14 in Boca Raton, FL. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. PT at FAU Stadium and will be broadcast live on ESPN, WatchESPN, and UniMas.

Dempsey is one of six changes to Head Coach Jurgen Klinsmann's squad that drew, 1-1, against Ecuador on Friday evening. He joins Sounders FC defender DeAndre Yedlin, who played 90 minutes and recorded an assist on Mix Diskerud's fifth-minute goal against Ecuador.
Dempsey, 31, ranks ninth all-time with 109 caps and second with 39 career goals for Team USA. This marks his first call-up since starting all four games and scoring two goals at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
He and Yedlin are expected to re-join Sounders FC later in the week ahead of next Sunday's match at the LA Galaxy. Kickoff is at 5:30 p.m. PT at StubHub Center.

U.S. captain Clint Dempsey leads the list of added players who saw time in Brazil this summer, including Michael Bradley, Matt Besler, Jermaine Jones and Graham Zusi. Chicago Fire goalkeeper Sean Johnson rounds out the new arrivals.
Returning to their clubs are John Brooks, Landon Donovan, Luis Gil, Omar Gonzalez, Brad Guzan, and Joe Gyau. The 22-year-old Gyau is being evaluated today after spraining his knee against Ecuador and will return to Dortmund for treatment.
The match marks a homecoming for Boca Raton native Jozy Altidore, while midfielder Alejandro Bedoya is a native of nearby Weston, Florida.
