Some of comedy’s biggest names coming to White River Amphitheatre

Imagine the biggest names in comedy – Louis C.K., Aziz Ansari, Sarah Silverman – in one place on one day. Come September, it’s going to happen.

Online comedy hub Funny Or Die announced Wednesday that its Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival is coming to White River Amphitheatre on Sept. 5. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at or

The show also includes Jim Gaffigan, Dave Attell, Amy Schumer, Chris Hardwick, Marc Maron, Demetri Martin, DJ Trauma, Hannibal Buress, Jeff Ross, Whitney Cummings and others.

“Oddball” will include two stages, the return of the “Cut Throat Freak Show,” roaming performers, food, drink and more.

This is the second year for the touring show but the first time it’s come to White River. The 2013 tour featured Dave Chappelle and New Zealand duo Flight of the Conchords.
