Fans of British comedy troupe Monty Python will want to make it a date when the iconic cast of John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin come together for the stage production “Monty Python Live (Mostly).” It is being telecast at cineplexes across the country at 11:30 a.m. Sunday and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Olympia’s Capital Lakefair’s final day caps off with fireworks display

Seattle Chinatown Seafair Parade will take over International District

As Seattle’s SeaFair gears up, make plans to take in the Chinatown Seafair Parade at 7 p.m. Sunday. Sponsored by he Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the parade is filled with traditional performances, floats and elaborate decorations. It is being held in the International District, 10th Avenue South and South Jackson Street to South Lane Street in Seattle and it’s free. Arrive early to stake out your spot for a evening of fun.
