Four Shillings Short, a husband-wife musical duo from Ireland and California, brings some 30 world music instruments and a wealth of stories to Vashon’s Church of the Holy Spirit this weekend in a concert of Celtic, folk and world music. "Driving Miss Daisy" returns at Dukesbay

If you saw Dukesbay Productions’ version of "Driving Miss Daisy" last fall, you’ll know it was worth seeing twice. Now the company brings back the beloved Alfred Uhry tale of a grumpy Atlanta widow and the proud but gentle African American man who is hired as her chauffeur but becomes her best friend. Syra Beth Puett returns as Daisy, her real-life son Robert plays Daisy’s son Boolie, and Malcolm J. ARC dance in Seattle

Seattle G&S celebrates 60 with "The Mikado"
