Broadway Center musicians on road
This month, Tacoma’s Broadway Center goes on the road, taking two musical groups to casual local venues. Guitarist Billy Stoops and blues singer Leann Trevalyan from the band Junkyard Jane, plus Barleywine Revue folk musicians Forest Beutel (banjo) and Julie Campbell (fiddle) go to Chambers Bay and Puyallup.

Organ recital at Christ Episcopal
Julia Brown, an Oregon organist and Naxos recording artist, plays at this month’s free Third Fridays at Noon recital at Christ Episcopal Church. The program includes works by J.S. Bach, his son W. F. Bach and Dieterich Buxtehude.
