After looking for it all day, I accidentally came across the Intentional Wok, on the lower level near section 132, where Thai Ginger was dishing up steam-table offerings of Pad Thai, chicken curry, cashew chicken and the like.
I think I scored with cashew chicken over rice, $9.50. It's a little more sweet than hot, but its sultry sauce fully coated red and green bell peppers, plus celery and green onions without overpowering their individual flavors. It's a whopping serving, to boot.
