Asado in Tacoma's Sixth Avenue neighborhood will have a special brunch from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. On the menu is a lobster omelette with Beechers white cheddar and poblano hollandaise, vanilla bean and orange brioche French toast, flat-iron steak with bacon lentils, chorizo and eggs. Brix 25 in Gig Harbor will have a brunch from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and a dinner from 3:30 p.m-8:30 p.m. On the menu is duck egg scramble with bacon ($18), maple-orange glazed ham steak ($16), Brioche French toast ($15), a seared pork chop ($20) and stuffed trout ($19). Chambers Bay Grill in University Place will have a brunch with seatings at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The buffet will have a carving station with prime rib, lots of salads, eggs on biscuits with Hollandaise, applewood smoked bacon, fritattas and a lot more. C.I. Shenanigan's will have an all-day brunch and dinner buffet at the Ruston waterfront restaurant. The menu will feature an omelet station, a carving station, lots of fresh seafood and a dessert bar. If they have it, you'll definitely want to self serve at the bloody Mary bar.
