Brian Nathanson

, executive chef, has been hired to join Snuffin's Catering in Gig Harbor. He is a graduate of USC and the Culinary Arts Center in Ceritos, California. Nathanson has more than 30 years’ experience with 12 years as an executive chef for McCormick & Schmick’s Museum of Flight as well as Intercontinental Hotel Group, The Tacoma Club and Best Western Hotels.


Jennifer Jack

also has joined Snuffin’s Catering as a wedding and events planner. She will be responsible for complete catering and planning services for weddings, social and corporate events and the company's social media and Internet marketing. Jack has a culinary arts degree from South Seattle Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University. She has nine years’ experience as a manager and chef-owner of restaurant and catering companies in Ellensburg and Seattle.


Monique Trudnowski

, co-owner of Adriatic Grill in Tacoma, has been named Woman of the Year by the South Puget Sound Business and Professional Women. She was recognized for implementing flexible schedules for staff, creating a make-shift shuttle to assist staff without cars and child transportation to work, school and day care.
