•  Graham & Graham Eldercare Consultants of Tacoma has recently added the following staff.



Tami Moore has joined the firm as an eldercare consultant and will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and resources to seniors. She has eight years’ experience, including as a community relations director in assisted living and a regional sales director for multiple assisted living communities. She also is a certified senior real estate professional.

Stephanie Low also has been hired as an eldercare consultant. She has a nursing degree and has been a director of nursing for assisted living and adult family homes and an administrator for assisted living communities. Low has 20 years’ experience in long-term health care.

Savannah Kimball

has joined the Better Business Bureau office in DuPont as a community outreach manager. She will be responsible for strengthening and growing partnerships with the military, business and the young consumer community. She has a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and was previously a membership outreach and events specialist for the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber.



•  The Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater Visitor & Convention Bureau has recently added the following staff.



Kyla Cavanagh is the new marketing and sales director and will be in charge of all sales and marketing efforts for the bureau. She was the sales manager at the Red Lion Hotel & Convention Center in Olympia for two years and previously worked for the Tacoma Regional Convention & Visitor Bureau.

Becci Syrek will be in charge of developing industry partnerships and promotions. She was the catering sales manager in all markets for the Great Wolf Lodge and previously was the catering sales manager for the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center in Olympia. She also served on the executive board of directors as vice president for the Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater Visitor & Convention Bureau.

Michelle Graham

, CEO/eldercare consultant of Graham & Graham Eldercare Consultants in Tacoma, was recently appointed to the National Board of Standards for the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. The board of standards reviews alleged ethical violations by those holding the designation of Certified Senior Advisor. She is one of six board members. Graham was selected to fill a vacated board position.



•  Darren Dos Santos was recently promoted to general manager, assistant manager for iFly Seattle located in Tukwila. He will oversee all operations of the Tukwila location and management of the staff of 34, focusing on staff training, building operations, scheduling and overall customer experience. Dos Santos has been with the company since its opening in 2011.
