WATCH: Washington state schools chief will give an update on distance learning at noon
Superintendent of Public Instruction Chris Reykdal is addressing the media at noon and is expected to discuss how student progress will be measured while schools in Washington state work to establish distance learning after being closed for the year because of the coronavirus outbreak.
Earlier this month, Reykdal told parents, educators and students that they should expect to use distance learning “for quite a long time” as the state works to recover and limit the spread of COVID-19.
The live video does not appear to be working at this time. Please watch here.
