A fire destroyed a mobile home in Federal Way early Tuesday, according to South King Fire & Rescue.

The blaze was reported just before 1 a.m. in the 1600 block of South 272nd Street.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames, but a man in his 60s was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after suffering burns and smoke inhalation.

The mobile home was destroyed.

Investigators have not determined what started the fire.
