Students at Ferucci Junior High School need to make up one day of instruction lost to flooding and water damage at the school last fall. Students missed three days of school, but state education officials have waived two of those days.
The Puyallup School Board decided that Ferucci students will make up one lost day at Ferucci on April 18. Students elsewhere in the Puyallup School District will not attend school that day because it is scheduled as a professional development day for teachers.
