Vitamin D alert: Easter weekend gives the South Sound a chance to catch some rays

After a cloudy and chilly week, this weekend is looking sunny and warm in the South Sound with temperatures a little above normal, in the mid 50s and low 60s.

Good weather should last us into Tuesday before dipping back into clouds and rain, according to the National Weather Service.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 50 degrees. Mostly cloudy overnight with a low around 39 degrees.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 59 degrees. Mostly clear overnight with a low around 41 degrees.

Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 62 degrees. Partly cloudy overnight, with a low around 44 degrees.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 66 degrees. Rain likely late Tuesday night, with a low around 44 degrees.
