A man has died after he crashed his motorcycle while exiting from one freeway to another, according to the Washington State Patrol.

About 11:50 a.m. Sunday, the man was exiting from southbound state Route 167 to westbound state Route 512 when he drove off the road and was ejected from his motorcycle, said Trooper John Dattilo.

The right lane in the area remains closed, he said.

The man died at the scene, Dattilo said. Other details about the crash victim were not immediately available.

The wreck took place between Puyallup and Sumner, Dattilo said.
