The Tacoma Fire Department and detectives from the Tacoma Police Department are investigating a house fire that occurred in north Tacoma Saturday morning as a possible arson, the TFD posted on X.

TFD responded to the fire on the 5000 block of North 29th Street at 10:51 a.m.

Firefighters arriving at the scene saw smoke and flames from the front of the house, the post read. The fire is out now.

Three occupants were found with minor injuries and no one was sent to the hospital, TFD spokesperson Chelsea Shepherd told The News Tribune.

The fire was likely caused by someone related to the household, Shepherd said.
